This is 2 hours of skills development in a dynamic face-to-face session. Specifically designed for university students living in colleges, dorms or other shared residential spaces, this course helps our freshers and returners to understand how to build and maintain healthy relationships, boundaries and positive bystander and help-seeking behaviours.
