Public Programs

Just 4 simple words…

…because consent is NOT complicated!

This is 2 hours of skills development in a dynamic face-to-face session. Specifically designed for university students living in colleges, dorms or other shared residential spaces, this course helps our freshers and returners to understand how to build and maintain healthy relationships, boundaries and positive bystander and help-seeking behaviours.

“I now know where to go to get help if something happens and also hopefully how to stop stuff happening in the first place.”

Dunmore Lang College student, 2022

Fair Play

Fair Play is a 2 hour, face-to-face, interactive consent education and sexual assault prevention program for local sports clubs and peak sporting bodies.

The program was designed with our communities, for our communities, by an internationally recognised, award-winning, expert in the field.

“Fair Play is THE program we need right now!”

Support

Trust Understanding

STU is a two hour workshop specifically designed for parents and carers to build skills to support their tween, teen or twenty-something who is struggling with their mental health.

It equips parents and carers to support their child, their family and themselves until they can get into appropriate professional services.

Designed by two mums - a counsellor and a university lecturer - with 9 children between them, STU is grounded in evidence based research and infused with practical exercises, activities and ongoing support.

Most of us have been trained in a method of supporting young people with mental health issues that says if we see a crisis or escalating problem, we immediately get them to the professional help, and then we can breathe and know they are safe.

But that’s not how it is right now.
